Yes but it is a designed for bigger pools so will not need floating full time: Here are our recommendations on how to use in a play pool or outside hot tub:1 Float the Floatron on a sunny day for an afternoon.2 Run the pump now and then or mix water well. Fake electrodes

Please beware of cheap electrodes being sold online, many are made from off the shelf aluminium. The performance is nowhere near the floatron alloy of copper, silver and zinc. We have have had reports of floatrons not working as well then discovered that the customers had not purchased their electrodes from us.
